Inmate Ramsey was pronounced deceased on 12/02/2024 at approximately 1458 hours at John Peter Smith Hospital. Inmate Ramsey had suffered a medical episode in the common area of housing unit 60B at approximately 1345 hours and was transported to John Peter Smith Hospital where he became unresponsive. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office was notified and took possession of Inmate Ramsey.
