Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Deputies were dispatched to the location in response to a report that the deceased had threatened to kill his girlfriend. The girlfriend was able to escape the residence and call 911. Upon arrival, deputies located the deceased outside the residence. The deceased immediately fled on foot, prompting deputies to pursue him while issuing verbal commands to stop.
