Wallace determined that inmate Webb required a higher level of treatment and inmate Webb was transported by EMS to the University Hospital. Inmate Webb was admitted to the hospital and remained hospitalized for further treatment. On 06/29/2022, at approximately 0916 hours, Cpl. C Marroquin #2033, who was assigned to guard inmate Webb, noticed inmate Webb was experiencing labored breathing. He summoned the attending nurse, RN H Hansmann to evaluate him. RN Hansmann determined that he had stopped breathing and had no pulse. Attending physician Dr. Ildik Agoston responded and pronounced inmate Webb deceased at 0920 hrs.
