Upon making entry into the cell, Officer observed inmate hanging face down on the bottom bunk. Code One Blue activated; inmate cut down by the Officer and CPR initiated by responding medical personnel. Inmate pronounced dead by San Antonio Fire Department staff at 1400 hours.
