Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On 10/24/17 at approximately 1615 hours, a medical code was initiated for the decedent after she was found lying in the restroom area grabbing at her stomach in pain. The decedent was transported to medical for evaluation and while receiving medical treatment began to vomit and subsequently displayed no vital signs. A code one blue was activated at approximately 1643 hours, life saving procedures commenced and Emergency Medical Services dispatched and arrived at the facility at approximately 1655 hours. The decedent was transported to Downtown Baptist Hospital where she was pronounced dead at approximately 1742 hours by Medical personnel. Custodial Death Report :: Page 6 of 6
