Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On March 6th, 2023, at approximately 5:33 p.m. Officers attempted to stop the deceased for traffic violations on Norma Road near South Jupiter Road, Garland, Texas. The subject failed to stop and led officers on a brief chase that ended in the 3900 block of Glenhaven Dr. The subject exited his vehicle, produced a handgun, and fired several rounds at Officers.
