Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On 10/14/26, officers were searching for subject for four felony probation violations. The located his vehicle at a motel at 465 S RL Thornton Frwy and learned that he was in room #119. At about 12: 20 PM, the subject exited the motel room and pointed a rifle at officers. One officer fired two rounds at the subject striking him once in the upper chest. The subject fell to the ground and dropped a handgun. He then picked up the handgun and shot himself in the head.
