Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On December 27, 2021, a Harris County Precinct 3 Deputy Constable conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle being operated by the decedent. The decedent stopped and placed a handgun to his head while in the driver's seat. Harris County Sheriff's Office SWAT members were deployed and arrived on scene. At approximately 5:45 p.m., the decedent shot himself in the head. Paramedics transported the decedent to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced deceased by a medical doctor.
