Inmate Nguyen was found with his jail issued uniform pants tied to the handrail in the shower and around his neck. Medical assistance was provided and Inmate Nguyen was transported to Hunt Regional Medical Center. A Detention Officer stuck paperwork in the door and Inmate Nguyen was observed moving the paperwork from the door. Inmate Nguyen was found unresponsive fourteen minutes after the last cell check.
