Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On 04/01/2022 at about 5:40pm, Officer David Garza was serving the meal trays and noticed that Valentine Bueno's eyes were swollen and was concerned. He then notified Nurse Angela Hack of his concern. Nurse Hack notified the doctor who then instructed the inmate to be transported to the emergency room.
