Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On 06-07-2022, the decedent was observed operating a motorcycle in the city of Lubbock. A officer with the Lubbock Police Department attempted to perform a traffic stop on the motorcycle the decedent was riding. The decedent attempted to evade the officer and a vehicle pursuit ensued. Shortly after the pursuit was canceled, the decedent was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 400 Ave Q. The decedent was transported to the hospital via EMS.
