Officers made arraignments to transport him to hospital that same morning. When they arrived to walk him to transport vehicle, he was not responsive. Officers called Medics to the location, and began CPR. Jail staff and Medics were not able to revive subject. JP-1 was on scene as it happened, and pronounced the death at 11:06 AM.
