Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On December 30, 2018, the decedent was arrested by the Houston Police Department and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. On January 1, 2019, the decedent was booked into the Harris County Jail. An initial medical screening revealed the decedent had numerous medical and mental health problems. The decedent was housed in the Medical Infirmary and the Mental Health Unit. On February 7, 2019, the decedent was transported to Ben Taub Hospital for dehydration and low blood pressure.
