The deceased was known to have an extensive medical history. At approximately 1818 hours, the deceased was given something to eat and drink at the jail facility. At approximately 2215 hours, the jail staff initiated the 3rd shift prisoner roll call, when the deceased was found to be unresponsive. There were no visible signs of trauma to the deceased. the Houston Fire Department responded to the jail and pronounced him dead.
