Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On 2-21-2016 the mother drove her son (decedant) to apolice station to turn him in for Murder. The mother told an approaching officer, her son had murdered someone and she arrived to turn him in. The decedant exited the vehicle, and the officer asked him if the information his mother provided was correct. The decedant affirmed the information, and the officer drew his weapon and ordered the decedant to put his hands in the air.
