At 636am another inmate heard him gasp loudly which woke him up. The other inmate notified central at 639am. Staff were counting in another cell and arrived in the cell and started cpr at 639am, onsite medical arrived at 640am and cpr and aed were continued. Ems arrived at 651 and he was pronounced at 715.
