Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On August 4, 2023, at approximately 5:36 AM, Houston Police officers were dispatched to 13403 Preston Cliff Court, Houston, Harris County, Texas, regarding a Shooting in Progress. Upon arrival officers learned from a family member that the suspect was armed and had shot two family members. Officers entered the residence and made their way to an upstairs master bedroom, where the incident occurred. Uon making contact with the surviving family members, officers learned the suspect was in the room and had a gun to his head. A short time later, officers heard a single gunshot and immediately entered the room, finding the suspect non-responsive from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. both survivors were stabilized and expected to fully recover.
