Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Two River Oaks Police Officers were dispatched to the deceased's home in reference to a suicidal subject welfare check called into dispatch by the deceased's mother. On arrival Officers were meet the in the front yard by the intoxicated subject who threatened to retrieve a handgun from inside the residence if they did not turn off their flashlights. While officers were attempting establish a rapport the subject he retreated into the Custodial Death Report :: Page 6 of 7 --- PAGE BREAK --- residence. Moments later the subject returned to the front yard with a handgun. The subject raised the handgun at the two officers and began to charge them.
