On December 08, 2016 the defendant was overall released from custody and security removed. On December 16, 2016, it was discovered the inmate had not signed or printed the bonds before his release. However, prior to correcting the error, the defendant suffered a heart attack and died while in the hospital. Inmate Carmon was pronounced deceased by Dr. K. Peterson @ 07:30 hours.
