She noted that he seemed confused, but still able to answer questions, was shivering and groaning. When asked if he felt pain, Galvan denied pain. Pupils were not reacting, therefore she advised that he needed to go to the ER Via EMS. Galvan was taken to Corpus Christi Medical Center Doctors Regional the same date. Galvan placed on ventilator 7/1/2025. Consent for surgery signed 7/1/2025. On 7/6/2025 Approval to disconnect respirator and DNR Signed. Breathing tube removed 3:59pm 7/6/2025. Pronounced by RN 7:04am, 7-7-2025. Initial Autopsy appears to be natural causes. Pending Final Autopsy Results. *** Update*** On August 13, 2025 we received the Nueces County Medical Examiners Report.
