Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On 12/08/23 at approximately 1320 hours, detention staff was conducting normal rounds and when they arrive at Subramanian's cell, they observed a ligature around his neck. Entry was immediately made to remove the ligature and life saving measures were begun. Subramanian was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased on 12/20/23 at 2030 hours.
