Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On October 1, 2025, the decedent was arrested by the Houston Police Department on two open warrants and booked into the Harris County Jail. The decedent was subsequently housed in the 1200 Jail. On October 3, 2025, inmates alerted jail staff, the decedent needed medical attention. Jail and medical staff responded, started CPR, and transported the decedent to the jail clinic. Life-saving measures continued as Houston Fire Department personnel arrived and assumed care.
