Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On Friday, December 13, 2024 at approximately 05:19 a.m., Jail Shift Supervisor contacted Jail Captain to advise of said inmate being transported to local hospital by Laredo Fire Department RQ due to being unresponsive as per Jail medical department. At time of transport to medical facility, Inmate's vitals were normal and was breathing on his own. Once at hospital, Laredo Medical ER personnel intubated him to run medical exams.
