Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On December 17, 2025, law enforcement officers attempted to serve multiple arrest warrants for Nathaniel Collins. Mr. Collins had active warrants for bail jumping and a probation violation. Officers also had credible information Mr. Collins had threatened to shoot his wife and stepdaughter on November 17, 2025. Officers entered Mr. Collins' residence to execute the arrest warrants. Upon making entry, officers heard a single gunshot fired from inside the residence. Mr. Collins was later located in a bedroom with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head and a firearms in his left hand.
