When Officers arrived on scene, the deceased was non-compliant with verbal commands from Officers and brandished what appeared to be a firearm. He then entered the driver's seat of his vehicle and fled from Officers in the vehicle. Officers pursued and he failed to stop and continued fleeing into the city limits of Silsbee, Tx. As Officers approached his vehicle, he again brandished the weapon and this time he pointed the weapon at Officers. Officers then opened fire and killed the deceased.
