Suspect refused to stop and fled in a stolen vehicle. Suspect entered the exit ramp of the Hardy Toll Rd freeway and began to drive southbound in the northbound lanes. The deceased travelled approximately 2.7 miles, in the wrong, direction of the Hardy Toll Rd. where he struck another vehicle.
