Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: The decedent fired three rounds from the interior of his 2nd floor apartment, entering the occupied apartment on the 3rd floor. Harris County Sheriff's Office Deputies arrived and attempted to speak with the decedent. The decedent ran into a bedroom in his apartment and barricaded himself inside. After negotiations failed, arobot and camera confirmed the decedent was unresponsive and entry was made into the bedroom.
