On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at approximately 09:46, the Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force,
which included members of the Pasadena Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service, was attempting

the warrant, Luis Alberto Rodriguez, Jr., was observed at the location mentioned above, and Deputy U.S.

reached for a pistol on his waistband, and was subsequently shot by TFO Wiley and Deputy U.S. Marshal D.
