Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Prior to the deceased death, he was speeding on a motorcycle when the deputy attempted to conducted a traffic stop. Deceased pulled over, but took off at a high rate of speed evading the deputy. The deputy pursued the deceased who later lost control of the motorcycle while entering a curved connected ramp on the roadway. Deceased hit a concrete wall and was ejected from the motorcycle.
