Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On December 3, 2020, Precinct 3 Constable's Office deputies responded to a residence for a woman who claimed she was shot. Upon arrival of the deputies, the deputies were shot at. Constable's Office deputies notified the Harris County Sheriff's Office, who responded. SWAT personnel and negotiators were contacted and responded to the scene. Negotiators made contact with the male decedent who refused to exit the residence. During the incident, SWAT personnel heard a single gunshot and observed the decedent fall to the floor with a rifle. SWAT personnel entered the residence and discovered four people with gunshot wounds and no signs of life. Paramedics entered and determined the decedent and three other people had no signs of life.
