Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On February 27, 2025, officers responded to a business where a male was damaging gas pumps. An Officer arrived and ordered the male to the ground. An additional officer arrived and secured one handcuff on the male. The male suspect began actively resisting and a struggle ensued. During the struggle of the officer with the male, another officer discharged her handgun, striking the male twice.
