Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Decedent was arrested on 05/31/201 at 15:28 and released to EMS at 16:27 on the same date. Shortly after arrival to the Humble Police Department jail facility, the decedent claimed she felt as though she were about to have a seizure. The Humble Fire Department EMS was called. She was immediately released and transported to Northeast Hospital. She was not booked into the Humble PD jail facility. Officers were later contacted by an ER nurse who stated that the decedent told the nurse she took pills when stopped by the officers. In review of the in-car video, it showed the decedent took an unknown substance while in the police vehicle. The decedent died in Northeast Hospital on June 3, 2021.
