Mr. Deruise momentarily pulled over and sped away with a pursuit initiated. Mr. Deruise traveled approximately 6.8 miles and was involved in a crash with another motorist. Mr. Deruise's vehicle flipped and struck a utility pole. EMS paramedics arrived and determined Mr. Deruise had no signs of life on October 30, 3030, at approximately 12:03 a.m..
