The disturbance continued out to the front yard with estranged husband, John Gries and wife, Taren Gries along with a 13 year old female daughter of Taren. John shot is Taren when officers arrived on scene, officers shot John. It was learned John had pointed the gun at the 13 year old and threatened to shot her before officers arrived.
