Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On 09-05-2021, SWAT was activated for a male subject that had reportedly just shot his wife and was trying to shoot himself. SWAT arrived at 243 Admiral Benbow Lane and began to secure the residence. Upon the SWAT teams initial contact with the Defendant, he made the following res gestae statement, “I killed my wife, then I tried to kill myself but my gun jammed”.
