Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On July 20, 2018, deputies were dispatched to an Aggravated Robbery at an apartment complex. Deputies arrived and learned multiple suspects fled into an apartment unit. Deputies opened the door and gunshots were fired at them. The suspects fled through the attic and fell through the ceiling of another apartment unit. Deputies located the suspects running through the complex and again were fired upon. A suspect was located near the leasing office, and he discharged his firearm towards deputies. Numerous deputies returned fire, and the suspect was struck.
