Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Harris County Sheriff's Department called for an assist the officer due to shots being fired at Sheriff's Deputies following an armed robbery. CFISD Police Officers responded. CFISD Officers and HCSO Deputies came in contact with one Hispanic male suspect who was firing (and re-loading) upon law enforcement personnel with what was later determined to be a .22 caliber pistol. Responding law enforcement personnel returned fire striking suspect in the head and causing the death of the suspect. The officer who struck the suspect works for CFISD Police Department. The incident transpired in Harris County and The Harris County Sheriff's Department Homicide Division and the Harris County District Attorney's Office are investigating the incident.
