Subsequent to an investigation the officers placed the deceased under arrest for Criminal Trespass. The officers handcuffed the deceased, and with extreme difficulty due to the deceased's age and obese physical condition, placed him into the backseat of a patrol vehicle. The deceased began experiencing issues breathing and EMS was requested to respond to the scene. The deceased became unresponsive and was removed from the vehicle and CPR was initiated.
