Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On May 5, 2025, Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle. A deputy made contact with the sole male occupant of the vehicle. The male refused to exit the vehicle and resisted the deputy's efforts to remove him. Additional deputies arrived, and the male refused to exit the vehicle. A Taser was deployed, and the male was pulled out of the vehicle holding a large knife.
