Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On November 20, 2023, a Harris County Sheriff's Office deputy attempted to conduct a Traffic Stop on a vehicle being operated by the decedent. The decedent refused to stop and a pursuit ensued. Approximately eight minutes after the pursuit began, the decedent crashed.
