Chevrolet. After a brief conversation, one of the occupants that had exited the Maserati, began striking the
driver of the Chevrolet with a closed fist, from outside of the vehicle. The driver of the Chevrolet then began
firing a firearm out of the driver's side window of the Chevrolet in the direction of the two individuals who had
approached from the Maserati. The driver of the Maserati fled back to the driver's seat of the Maserati. The
other passenger of the Maserati ran around the front of the Maserati and displayed a firearm, then fired upon
approaching police officers, and got into the backseat of Maserati. Multiple officers returned fire on the subject
who fired upon them. Both vehicles then fled from the scene eastbound on 7th Street. At approximately 12pm
