Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: At approximately 2:16 am, 6/17/2023, Officers with the Caldwell Police Department responded to several vehicle burglaries in the City of Caldwell. An officer was able to locate two suspects, who had fled on foot in the area of Wright St and Buck St. . An Officer pursued one suspect on foot and a physical struggle ensued.
