Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On December 25, 2020, a Harris County Sheriff's Office deputy responded to a call for a suspicious person who reportedly continuingly harassed his ex-girlfriend. The deputy located the male near the front door of the female's apartment. The deputy asked the male his name as the male attempted to walk past the deputy.
