Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Subject Gregorio Gaytan committed the offenses of capital murder and aggravated assault in Harris County on or about March 11, 2021. Arrest warrants were obtained for his arrest. Subject was located on March 13, 2021 by Harris County Sheriff Office Investigators in the parking lot of a business hiding in a concrete structure dumpster area. Investigators and tactical personnel surrounded the area. As verbal commands were given to the subject in an attempt to take him into physical custody, the subject shot himself in the head.
