Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Allen Police Officers were dispatched to a Weapons call at 301 Central Expressway South (7-Eleven) in Allen, Texas. When officers arrived on scene, they were unable to locate the Reporting Party or the possible vehicles involved. As Officers were exiting their vehicles, they immediately heard multiple gunshots to the east of their present location. At this time, both Officers on scene began to run toward the gunshots to engage the shooter (Strong) and stop the threat. Officer observed shooter fire two rounds at a victim lying on the ground. Officer fired their assigned handgun, striking the shooter in the upper torso. Officers on scene provided medical aid to the shooter until they were relieved by personnel from the Allen Fire Department.
