Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Officers responded to location in reference to a call for service in which it was reported that the suspect was threatening to kill his neighbor. Upon arrival, responding officers were confronted by the suspect who was standing in the middle of the roadway pointing a black assault rifle at the officers on several occasions. The suspect refused several demands to drop the assault rifle, eventually barricading himself in his residence. SWAT and Crisis Negotiations team were summoned to location and made several attempts to de-escalate the situation, to no avail.
