Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Decedent had been involved in a "lovers triangle" with a married woman. She broke it off and the decedent was upset. He had been causing problems with the woman and her husband. He called the PD earlier in the day and gave a false report regarding the couple. He then gave a false address to Officers who contacted him about it. The Sgt. on Duty felt there may possibly be future issued with the decedent and obtained arrest warrants for him. The next shift was briefed on this and they were able to locate the decedent when he left his residence. They made contact with him via traffic stop. Officers advised him he had warrants. He then pressed the gas on his car attempting to flee. The initial Officer then went hands on attempting to get the decedent out of the car. The decedent then began yelling "kill me, kill me". The decedent then opened his console and reached for something. The second Officer on scene then utilized his department issued taser. It had little effect. During the struggle, the decedent pulled a handgun from the console and pointed it directly at the Officers. I was partially covered by a white plastic baggie.
