Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Deputies responded to a 911 hang-up and met with a female stating her boyfriend was driving around in her car with a pistol threatening suicide. The car was spotted on Fry and a stop was initiated. The male pulled into a parking lot and held a 38 caliber pistol to his head. For a while, deputies attempted to negotiate with the male to surrender peaceably. The male eventually shot himself in the head. He was taken to Hermann Hospital via Life Flight where he was pronounced deceased. HCSO homicide and CSU made the scene. Custodial Death Report :: Page 6 of 6
