Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On February 26, 2025, the decedent was booked into the Harris County Jail charged with DWI. During the booking process, the decedent was sitting in a chair with a large amount of inmates. On February 27, 2025, officers attempted to wake up the decedent for count. The decedent was determined to be unresponsive and medical staff arrived. Life-saving procedures began, and the decedent was transported to the clinic while the Houston Fire Department was called.
