Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: The male subject believed to have committed a Burglary of a Business and fled in a motor vehicle from a pursuing police officer in a marked vehicle that had its lights and siren activated. During the pursuit, the fleeing vehicle that the decedent was in crashed into some trees and rolled several times across a concrete roadway and down a small ditch embankment. The decedent was ejected from the motor vehicle during the crash and died on the scene. The other male subject that was also in the vehicle at the time of the pursuit and crash was transported to the hospital.
